 Buying your dream property is one of the few decisions in life that you should never regret.   Ever since I bought my first condominium back in 2002, real estate became a hobby. I was attracted to its complexity. How house and lots were different from condominiums, who created the good ones, how well these were built.

  Over the past few year, as I heard from friends about their investment mistakes and triumphs and how these experiences with real estate can be transformed into life-enriching experiences, I became more enamored with real estate investing after having a few more of my own. It became such a passion, that last May 2008, I became a licensed real estate broker. 

  It is with the hope that I can share the journey with you.
